Service Details:

• If the discrepancy between your provided measurements and the required dimensions is within 1.18″( 3 cm), we will remake your shade at no additional cost.
• If the discrepancy exceeds 3 cm, you will only be responsible for the price difference between your original and replacement shades.

Additional Notes:

• The replacement will match the style and fabric of the original shade but will be shipped without the motor.
• The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
• Due to the uniqueness of custom products, each item is eligible for only one remake.
