I walked into GHM Tiles needing a couple hundred square feet of tile for a bathroom renovation, operating under a deadline of about 36 hours. Dennis was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the different options within the style that I liked and worked to get me everything on time.

Everyone at GHM Tile is extremely helpful and customer-oriented. Tommy, in particular, is very knowledgeable and patient. He never pushes a product or idea, but always has suggestions when you are stumped. We purchased almost everything for our kitchen remodel with them, and now we are back for our bathroom remodel. Wide selection of products, good pricing, good customer service (though they may forget to call you back), always willing to go out of their way to find something you need.

Bought a fixer-upper co-op and needed to completely redo the kitchen and bathroom. Went to the big box stores first, got frustrated, then went to GHM for our tile. They were great. Staff was extremely helpful in figuring out what would work best, orders came in promptly, and everything arrived as it should. Price was basically the same as big box stores, so for the better service, was totally worth it.

Recommended by a friend. GHM has a wide selection of modern, contemporary tiles. Pricing is average to high. We got our bathroom and kitchen tiles from here. The customer service was great, reps don’t hover over you unless you need them to. They’re happy to give you design ideas but not pushy at all. Had some issues scheduling my delivery but overall a great experience. Will shop again for our next project.
